We've done some outside work at the church.
Last week the elders helped by raking the lawn.
Then Clarence fertilized and seeded it.
Anja planted some flowers.
These flowers were planted first and the marigolds
came a week later.
The two rosebushes that were here before us
have had bugs in them. Clarence sprayed them
and look at them now.
This one is very small and didn't bloom at all
last year. This summer we had a nice surprise -
one beautiful rose.
This bush had roses last summer, but the bush itself
looked sick. This summer it looks a lot better.
hopefully the bugs don't come back.
This is a houseplant in our Relief Society room.
It surprised us also with this beautiful blossom.
